Please join us for dinner in the vineyard featuring the incredible culinary team from The Mountain Top Lodge, led by Sean Fritchle.
We begin with a CAMPFIRE course of
french brie. morbier. fig jam. charred baguette, house pickled vegetables where guests will roast their cheeses over open flame paired with our Blanc de Pommes. Then we will take our seats to enjoy a warming ROASTED PUMPKIN SOUP, spicy pepitas, brown butter paired with our Cabernet Franc. Next a BEEF TARTAR with
house made lavash. pickled mustard. chives, yolk, soy paired with our Three Graces Bordeaux blend followed by a course of U7 PRAWNS
smoked saffron risotto, leeks paired with Femme Saleé. We will finish the evening with a
CREME BRULEE CHEESECAKE
apricot, pecans, burnt sugar, white chocolate with our warm signature Limoges Glühwein.
