Vineyard Hike & Progressive Tasting Experience

Join Daniel Limoges, owner and winemaker for a walk through the vines, wine in hand, where you will learn more about the grapes we have planted and what work is being done in the vineyard at the moment to usher in our newest vintage.
You will taste 5 wines over the course of your tour, beginning with our Blanc de Pommes, followed by 2 estate whites as we walk through the vineyard, and 2 reds in the winery, behind a hidden doorway. In the winery we'll discuss what happens after we harvest the grapes to get them into tank and in barrel, the maturation process and bottling.
Ask all you're burning questions while you have the winemaker's captive attention and he may even let you sample wine from barrel for upcoming vintages.

In the winery you'll discuss the lifecycle of the grape after they come in from the vineyard, cellar maturation, bottling and other wine-making decisions and levers we are pulling in the wine making process to bring out the perfect vintage.
You'll taste through several of our current and upcoming vintages starting with a glass of our Blanc de Pommes at the bar as you arrive.
Plan to spend 1 hour with the winemaker.
